Many of the graphic organizers are referred to as "maps" because they can help students "map out" their ideas in a visual manner. The graphic organizers are meant to be revised to fit the particular activity. For example, then Branching Map may need fewer than the four branches given, or more than four. Students can copy the maps onto their own paper, revising them as needed. | ||||||||
